The MacBook Air arrived in very short time. It was well protected in the shipping box. The unit is in BETTER condition than described by the seller. Immaculate! In setting up this computer I made a stupid error that could have resulted in permanent loss of access to it! I emailed the seller for advice and Jonathon replied in LESS THAN AN HOUR! He stuck with me in periodic email consultation until I had overcome the problem that I created. Amazing! I could rate him SIX stars!
